Dear Clients and Business Owners,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as we navigate through these uncertain and uncharted waters in world history.
Our mission at ACS Executives has always been to help businesses grow revenues, become more profitable, obtain capital, and to create business success.
During this time we want to help alleviate as much confusion and anxiety for you as possible by providing rapid access to current information and tools.
We recognize at this time it’s certainly not business as usual for you or for us. We want to help you by providing clarity, guidance, and assistance to you.
As the US Government continues to provide stimulus packages and additional resources, there is much confusion and the explanations behind these efforts are difficult to navigate.
Since the beginning, ACS Executives' CFO Packages have provided capital and loan services that have resulted in providing millions of dollars to small businesses. These type of detailed services have been priced in the past with us collecting half of our fee upfront and the second half of the fee plus 50 basis points on the back end after the loan package closes.
During this time we want to offer an express package to you that will require $0 to apply on your behalf . ACS Executives will only collect a fee if you are approved for the loan(s). That fee will be $1000 or 1% of each loan amount whichever is greater. If you do not get approved, we collect $0.
Given our extensive background and knowledge of commercial credit guidelines and the stimulus programs, ACS Executives objective is to dramatically improve your chances of receiving funding to help your business survive and your employees and their families stay afloat.
At this time we believe the approval process for both the SBA Disaster Loan Program and the Paycheck Protection Plan under the C.A.R.E.S Act will be relaxed as compared to normal credit guidelines, however there is a lot of detail around qualifications, collateral, submission, application and credit policy that can be overwhelming for small business owners. We want to help you get the money you need.
It’s important that we as a global community support each other and communicate. This page will be updated frequently with new information as it comes out to assist you. We welcome any additional information and feedback that you can provide us.
I thank you for your business and look forward to working with many of you.
As the late President of the United States, Ronald Reagan, said, "the real crisis we face today is a spiritual one; at root, it is a test of moral will and faith."
Respectfully,
Curphy Smith
Owner/Principal Consultant

“I contacted ACS Executives and in 10 minutes they had everything in motion. I didn’t have to worry about anything after that so I could focus on my business, employees, and family. They kept me informed of the progress of our requests, and they even discovered additional funds that we qualified for! This week, we will already be closing on one of our requests!” – Michael Messing
Notice:
At this time, only agricultural business applications will be accepted due to limitations in funding availability and the unprecedented submission of applications already received. Applicants who have already submitted their applications will continue to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. For agricultural businesses that submitted an EIDL application through the streamlined application portal prior to the legislative change, SBA will process these applications without the need for re-applying.
The program provides small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million that can provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing. Borrowers can request and emergency advance of $10,000 within 3 days of receiving the application and do not have to repay the advance if they are denied a loan.

The SBA will provide $349 billion in loans through the Paycheck Protection Program to small businesses and non-profits. Portions of these loans will be forgiven to the extent that recipients maintain their existing workforce or rehire. The total amount of funds allocated to this program are capped, so it is imperative to prioritize application to this program before the funds are depleted.
