Why Isn't Your Business What You Want?

I have a had a long and successful career in banking.  I am a former COO/CFO of a 7 figure  international e-commerce and distribution company; owner of a few businesses; created, managed, and led very successful sales teams;  and I have worked with business owners and business of all sizes for my entire career. 


I am not some Social Media guy who bought into some fancy business guru process you find on the internet then go to Vegas over a long weekend to be certified an expert.


In fact, the only thing I am an expert of is that I'm a life student of business, sales, finance, and life. 


Therefore my certification comes from not only someone who has seen and done it, but also from someone who has also failed at it.


Now, when it comes to business, the one reoccurring theme I have discovered in every one of these businesses that I have worked with, for, and with my own past experiences is that every one of the owner's, including me, didn't know what they didn't know. 


Additionally,  every one of them was too prideful to admit that they DIDN'T KNOW!


For what it's worth, as I mentioned, you, they, and I  are not alone. My own pride and ego would and has prevented me from admitting this, and I would refuse help when I was struggling with my own performance,  personal issues, team projects, or leadership.


I would never EVER ask for help, so when I was struggling, I just simply put my nose to the grind and tried to pound it out myself.


How stupid and insane was that?


I and many people want and expect different results but we continue to bang our heads against the wall over and over expecting something different.


It's frustrating and as I reflect back on my banking career, I witnessed so many other owners and business leaders  sharing this same issue.


In fact it was a dilemma that lasted for years and it negatively impacted their sanity, health, relationships, business and their brands.

- If you knew how to grow your business, you'd already would have done it.  


- If you knew how to improve your profits to over $1M,  your anxiety would be nonexistent.

but the TRUTH is YOU DON'T.
